If you are having a family or sibling portrait taken, think about your outfits - that they all compliment each other, e.g. Mum and children in pastels and Dad in a bright red jumper does not look good! Keep it simple and casual, be yourself.

Children can wear just about anything. Denim and white is a classic and dungarees give a playful theme. If having siblings taken, again make sure they compliment each other. Teenagers can be difficult, try to avoid dressing your 15 year old in his best suit, he certainly won't be smiling! He will be far more confident and relaxed in his jeans and a casual shirt.
Talk to your children and family get everyone's ideas of what they think would create a unique photograph, we are willing to let your imagination run wild, be creative, be different.
